Terms of Service

01 Scope of Services

Zazira Movers Sdn. Bhd. ("The Company") provides professional relocation and transportation services within Malaysia. Our standard service includes:

• Lorry & Driver: Provision of the selected vehicle type and a driver.
• Loading & Unloading: Professional manpower to assist with lifting your items.
• Transportation: Moving goods from Point A to Point B via an optimized route.
• Basic Protection: Use of blankets and straps to secure items within the vehicle.

02 User Obligations

To ensure a smooth transition, the customer agrees to:

• Accurate Declaration: Provide an honest and complete list of items, especially bulky or fragile goods.
• Site Accessibility: Ensure the lorry has a legal parking spot and that building management (condos/offices) has granted moving permissions.
• Presence: Be present (or appoint a representative) during both loading and unloading phases.
• Packing: Ensure all standard items are securely boxed and sealed unless a professional packing service was explicitly booked.

03 Prohibited & Hazardous Items

For safety and legal reasons, the following items are strictly prohibited:

04 Liability & Limitations

• The Company's liability for any single item damage is capped at a standard industry rate, unless additional comprehensive insurance was purchased.
• We are not liable for mechanical or electrical failure of goods where there is no outward sign of physical damage caused by the moving process.
• Zazira Movers is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or authority-enforced roadblocks.

05 Cancellation & Refund

All cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. A minimum RM 100 administrative penalty applies to all processed cancellations.
