• Service Data: Pickup/Drop-off addresses, move date/time, and photos of items uploaded for quoting.
• Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, and usage patterns via cookies to enhance your experience.

02 How We Use Your Data

We use your information strictly for the following purposes:

• Service Fulfillment: To calculate distances, estimate pricing, and coordinate with our moving teams.
• Payment Processing: Your transaction details are shared with Chip In Asia (our payment gateway) to securely process payments/refunds. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
• Communication: Sending booking confirmations, invoices, and logistics updates via WhatsApp and Email.
• Compliance: Meeting legal and tax requirements for invoicing and business reporting.

03 Data Security & Retention

• Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted via SSL/TLS.
• Storage: Data is stored on secure servers with restricted access controls.
• Retention: We retain booking and financial data for as long as necessary to fulfill legal and accounting obligations (typically 7 years in Malaysia).
